Light and fragrant on the nose with floral notes.
A little on the dry side, full and rich mouth feel, with hints of peach.
It’s the only Rosé I’ve tasted that’s made from 100% cab franc. Unusual, and quite distinctive.
Tonight I’m having it with movies and popcorn made in coconut oil. Yumm.
