Last time I tried this my caramel crystallized but and I watched a pot boil for hours, so I’m super thrilled to have made this one successfully tonight, and without leaving the kitchen looking like the morning after a frat party.
Caramelized ginger – such a delicious little secret to keep in the fridge and bring out to drizzle over a bit of ripe Brie or Camembert.
