Last time I posted about the wine I opened with my fav curry, the Chicken Madras from The Indian Chapter, the curry stole the show. Anyway, tonight is Tuesday and as promised, I ordered my usual Tuesday fix from the usual place (see, Prim, told you I’d be back).
Posting pics of takeaways in plastic tubs is just going to make my page look yechh, so no pics, but imagine a curry that packs a punch, full of flavour, and with that this time, I opened the Louisvale Wines Stellenbosch wooded Chardonnay 2021 – you get that rounded Chardonnay flavour with a decent hit of oak and a little butterscotch and citrus. Great accompaniment.
