Louisvale Wines Stellenbosch Sauvignon Blanc 2021
I visited Louisvale earlier this week and was treated to a premium wine tasting by winemaker Simon Smith – more about Louisvale in a later post.
Right now I’m diving into this one. It’s a classic Sauvignon Blanc, with the a strong bouquet of fresh grass and hints of citrus. Refreshing and fruity on the palette. Comes in a screw cap, so made for everyday drinking. I’m not a big sauv Blanc drinker but I’d be persuaded with this one.
