This is the second bottle of this delicious wine I’ve opened and I’m sure my notes are going to be worlds apart from the ones I made when I opened the first bottle.
Beautifully smokey on the nose, like a handful of cheese naks dipped in paraffin. Silky smooth in texture, slightly dry on the corners of the mouth, full of dark fruit. Delicious.
Goes exceptionally well with my olives which have been marinading since May.
