Vergelegen Wines GVB white 2020
Now and again you have to walk the talk. Home made beer battered fish & hand-cut fries with a glass of Vergelegen GVB white 2020. Not bad for a first time. Cooking the fish ‘n chips, I mean, not the wine.
Yumm.
The wine hits your nose with strong notes of vanilla like a complex, educated Chardonnay but the taste is more like a Sémillon on or a Sauv Blanc, rich with grass and fresh fields on the palette.
