De Grendel Wine and Restaurant Amandelboord Pinotage 2020
Dusty and plums on the nose, smooth and a hint of berries and wood to the taste with a hint of acidity. I’m not a huge Pinotage fan, and prefer something with a bit more body, so I find it hard to find a great Pinotage. However, this one is growing on me day by day. It was ok on day one and day two, but today it’s a different wine altogether. All sorts of new aromas and flavours coming through. I’m becoming a big fan!
