Diemersfontein Wine Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2021
A lovely white to help inject some energy into my writing. I do t usually choose Sauvignon Blanc, they can be a little bitter but this one is a great go-to choice.
Notes on the bottle: “fresh acidity and a delightful spectrum of ripe tropical fruits like pineapple and passion fruit Ending with zingy lime, a textured Mouth feel and a lingering finish”
I found it nice and fruity, on the sweeter side of bitter, and a very agreeable wine.
Platters gives this one 3.5 stars.
