Tonight I opened a long-awaited bottle of Robertson Winery 2020 Constitution Road Chardonnay.
Highly delicious. Gentle on the nose, buttery and a hint of vanilla. Rich and full around the tongue, like wrapping your mouth in caramel. You get a very subtle hint of the wooded flavor. It’s a decent, complex Chardonnay. Yumm.
I discovered this one at a food and wine pairing at PIER a restaurant at the waterfront earlier this year. Definitely a must try if you haven’t had this one before.
