After about 10-12 days, my marinaded olives taste soooo good!! They go exceptionally well in a “pickle bowl” with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, pickled onions, Sundried tomatoes, and some capers fried in the residual olive oil. And all that goes perfectly with the Allée Bleue Wine Estate 2019 Shiraz
